Terms and Conditions

1. Appointments

1.1. Booking: Appointments can be booked via our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

1.2. Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent via email or text after scheduling.

1.3. Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

2. Payments

2.1. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, card, or online through our booking system.

2.2. Prepayments: Full payment may be required when booking online.

2.3. Deposit Requirement: All new clients are required to pay a 50% deposit prior to their first appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the session fee and is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1. Notice Period: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

3.2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee, including forfeiture of any paid deposit.

4. Health & Safety

4.1. Medical Conditions: Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before treatment.

4.2. Refusal of Treatment: We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

5. Client Conduct

5.1. Respect: Clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately. Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

6.1. Data Collection: Client information is collected only for treatment and booking purposes.

6.2. Confidentiality: Personal details will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties unless legally required.

7. Liability

7.1. Injury or Discomfort: While every care is taken during treatment, clients must inform the therapist of any discomfort during the session.

7.2. Client Responsibility: Phoenix Sports Massage Therapist is not liable for any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or illnesses not disclosed during the consultation.

8.1. Updates: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
